I left off yesterday before I posted dinner so I‘ll start with that!
Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, 1/2 Morningstar Black Bean Burger, Green Giant Seasoned Steamers.
I can’t remember what these were called but I think it was the Mediterranean blend with potatoes, carrots, yellow carrots, and zucchini. Those vegetables were amazing!
The thunder storm this morning woke my little boys up at 5am. For some reason the living room made it much less scary. How cute are they?
The color was not as horrific as yesterday but none-the-less, a lovely shade don’t you think?
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp. chia
- 1 scoop EAS Lean 15 protein powder
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup Dole frozen Strawberry & Bananas
- 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
45 min. Spin. It was awesome again! The gym was completely empty because of the rain and it was GLORIOUS!
After the gym we went grocery shopping at Target…..they have BABY RAYBANS in the optical dept.! If I had a million dollars I would so buy him these.
On the way home I had one of these granola bars. I had never seen them before but they looked delicious. I love food marketed for kids because they are always a great portion size for me. These are only 100 calories, perfect for a little snack and they are oh so delicious! The other flavor is berry and I am looking forward to trying those as well.
Quaker School Days Granola Bar in Amazing Apple
Ahhhhh, finally lunch, I was starving. Today was the perfect day for a warm bowl of soup.
Wolfgang Puck Hearty Garden Vegetable
I had 2 WASA light rye crackers on the side.
This may be the best canned soup I have ever had. It was so savory and almost had a sweet taste to it that I couldn’t quite place.
Today was Luke’s last day of school so we “celebrated” (I hate that term). I’ll say acknowledged the occasion….who am I kidding? We celebrated with Luke’s treat of choice. He wanted a Sonic treat. This time I showed some restraint with the least offensive treat on the menu. The sugar coma from last time was enough to make me never want another thing from Sonic in my life.
The Vanilla Cone. So simple but so good.
We ran a few more errands and when I got home these were calling my name.
Van De Camps Lemon Pepper Parchment Bake, Archer Farms Coconut Cashew Rice, and a recipe from my Weight Watchers cookbook.

Dinner was so, so. I wasn’t loving the fish this time for some reason but the veggies were really good.
I finally finished Catching Fire. I have so many questions! Where are they? How did they steal the hovercraft? How is Katniss not dead? Where are Peeta and the others? The Capitol is so powerful, how in the world did Haymich and the others pull this off? WTH happened to District 12? Where is Prim? I can’t wait to dive into Mockingjay…..now!
